Custom Orders

When contacting us with your custom order request, please ensure you have the following information included in your email:

  • Type of item (ie. Key ring, magnet, earrings etc.)
  • Material required
  • Size of the piece
  • Quantity required
  • Date required by – if required (ie. If the piece is for a wedding favour etc)
  • Sample images if possible
  • Any other relevant information

In your custom order request, please include as much information as possible so as to make the design and crafting process efficient. If we require more information prior to being able to provide a quote and design, we will contact you.

The cost of a custom order is determined by how complex the order is and how much time it will take to create as well as the quantity required. You will receive an initial quote from our designer with an initial design for your feedback and approval. Once you have approved the final design, a finalised, all-inclusive quote will be provided before we begin creating your design.
