Materials:

What is MDF?

MDF stands for Medium Density Fibreboard, which is a sturdy craft wood perfect for lasting pieces.

What are your earrings made of?

Our earrings are made of either Acrylic or Plywood and have surgical steel hooks.

What are your key rings/bag tags made of?

Our key rings and bag tags are made of high quality Acrylic or MDF.

Shipping and Returns:

How much is shipping?

Standard Tracked Shipping is $8.00 per order - no minimum spend!

Express Tracked Shipping is a flat rate of $13 per order.

These costs do not include custom orders or wholesale orders. Shipping for custom and wholesale orders will be quoted during the design process.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We aim to post customer orders within 2 business days of payment being received. If this is not possible, we will contact you and advise of a new postage date. We use standard Australia Post for all orders, unless express shipping has been selected (at an extra cost).

What is your returns policy?

If you are not 100% happy with one of our products, please contact us as soon as possible. If it is a personalised item and is faulty or we have made a mistake, we will happily exchange it or refund it, however will not accept change of mind. For all other items, there is a 30 day exchange/return period from date of shipment, shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the buyers expense. All returned items (except for faulties) must be in original condition.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we accept PayPal.

Do you accept AfterPay?

At this time, we do not accept AfterPay.

Do you accept ZipPay?

Unfortunately, we do not accept ZipPay at the moment.

Designs:

Why do designs look different from piece to piece?

Because all of our pieces are hand crafted, no two designs will be the same, with the exception of our English Paper Pieces which are cut solely with the laser machine. Our Acrylic and MDF items are a labour of love, and because of our human approach to creating these pieces, items will vary slightly, making them unique and one-of-a-kind.

How do I get in contact with you to organise a custom order?

How much do custom orders cost?

The cost of custom orders depends entirely on how complex the order is and how many are required. You will receive an all-inclusive quote before your custom order is processed.

When will I receive my custom order?

The process for our custom orders means that the time frame for delivery is longer than standard orders. After you have emailed us with the requirements of your custom order, our designer will first decide whether it is an order that we are able to accomplish and will then get back to you within 3-5 business days with a potential design and initial quote. Once you have given the design the green light, you will receive a definitive quote and a time frame. Time frames also depend on how complex the design is. Simpler designs are quicker to make, but more complicated designs will require more time. This will all be discussed with you during the consultation process.
